We totally get it – you want to love every bit of your new press-on nails. And we’re here to make sure that’s exactly what happens. But sometimes things don’t work out the way we planned. If you’re thinking about a return or need a refund, here’s what you need to know so we can make things right for you.

Got a hiccup with your product? Here’s the deal on refunds:

  • If your items show up damaged, not working like they should, or they’re just not what we promised on our site, we’re on it – you can get a refund.
  • Changed your mind? We get it, but refunds are on us only for the oopsies mentioned above.

When to wave the flag for a return:

  • Give us a shout within 7 days after your goodies arrive.
  • If it’s been longer, we might have to stick to our policy and say no can do.

How to kickstart your return:

  • Shoot an email over to our Customer Support crew at cocostudioshop@gmail.com.
  • Tell us your order number, spill the beans on why you’re returning, and show us what went wrong (pictures work great!).
  • Our team will take it from there, guiding you through the return steps and telling you where to send your items.

The nitty-gritty on returned items:

  • Keep everything in its original packaging, don’t use it, and make sure it’s in the same shape as when you got it.
  • Pack up any freebies or extras that came along with your order too.

What happens next with refunds:

  • Once we’ve got your return and checked it out, we’ll hit the refund button.
  • We send the money right back the way it came, straight to the payment method you used at checkout.
  • Just remember, your bank or card might take a little time to show you the money.

Let’s talk about shipping costs:

  • If you’re sending something back, the postage is on you, unless we goofed (like sending the wrong thing or if it got roughed up on the way to you).

  • We don’t swap items directly, but you can return what you’ve got and then order something new.
